Rapture Ready

The term “Rapture” comes from a Latin word, “rapio,” that means “to catch up, to snatch away, or to take out.” Are you ready for the Rapture? Study these Scriptures to learn more about the catching away of the saints:

(Revelation 3:10, Matthew 24:30-31, 1 Corinthians 15:51-53,1Thessalonians 4:16-18, Luke 17: 34-37, Mark 13: 24-27)

There is coming a day when those who died in Christ will rise and meet the Lord in the air and then those believers who are still alive on earth will follow and also rise being changed in a twinkling of an eye. This is when the mortal body puts on immortality and the perishable becomes imperishable.

After the Rapture will come a seven year tribulation where there will be great distress upon the earth. This time will be filled with plagues and the antichrist will have a one world government in which those on earth will be forced to take the mark of the beast and will not be able to buy or sell without the mark. (Revelation 13:17)

The signs before this time are the rise of false prophets and apostles which are teaching doctrines of demons. There will also be false signs and wonders designed to deceive the very elect, if that were possible. So be sober and alert, watching and praying, being filled with the Holy Spirit and standing or occupying until the Lord comes again,

We see the signs of the times and we understand our world is changing, but we must be fully clothed in our armor of light with our breastplate of righteousness, our belt of truth, and our feet fashioned with the preparation of peace. Finally we lift up our sword of the spirit, which is the Word of God and our shield of faith to quench every fiery dart of the enemy. (Ephesians 6:10-17)
